The role focuses on supplier selection, negotiation, and contracts, leveraging global scale to ensure capacity and material availability while maintaining compliance with internal policies and the Combined Business Model.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering best-in-class category results and cost reductions.
• Ability to influence across regions and business units.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align robust Global Category sourcing strategies.
• Lead execution and benefits realization with regional teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across regions, functions and units.
• Manage suppliers selection, negotiation and contract execution.
• Establish and maintain productivity pipelines to improve cost, cash & sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and the Combined Business Model.
