Job summary

JDE Peet’s seeks a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Coffee Equipment to drive a global category strategy and delivery across regions. You will manage costs, supplier relationships, and sourcing initiatives for equipment and components, with a spend responsibility up to EUR 100m.

This full-time role is based in the Netherlands (Utrecht) within the Global Procurement team, focusing on sustainable value across the supply chain and cross-functional collaboration with regional partners.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a pioneer with a drive for excellence and at least 6 years of relevant sourcing experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver best-in-class category results.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical components important for equipment sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align robust Global Category sourcing strategies, lead execution and benefits realization.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across regions and business units to maximize value.
• Measure and benchmark supplier performance for best-in-class equipment sourcing.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiate and contract key global suppliers.
• Build productivity pipelines and deliver against cost, cash and sustainability targets.
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships for long-term capacity and availability.
