Job summary

Medtronic in the Netherlands (Heerlen) is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst to drive operational excellence across global service and repair operations. You will analyze processes, identify root causes, and translate requirements into actionable solutions with IT, Supply Chain, and Master Data teams.

You will support data governance, master data accuracy, and UAT testing, helping improve efficiency and service performance while enabling scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience investigating process, system or data issues and driving resolution.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for cross-functional projects.
• Experience with UAT testing and validation of changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes and data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Triage issues, coordinate resolutions, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with IT, Service and Repair Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and Master Data teams.
• Support system enhancements, defect resolutions, and UAT activities.
