Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's or master’s degree with 2–4+ years of relevant experience, English fluency, and strong project-management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in quality, compliance or process improvement.
• Experience in medical device or similarly regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance of the S&R EMEA Organization to quality standards, regulations and policies.
• Facilitate compliance management reviews to assess strategies and programs.
• Collect data and provide reporting to management on compliance adequacy and effectiveness.
• Plan and implement process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
