ASM is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced professionals and senior leaders across Europe and North America. Based in Almere, you will partner with senior leaders, shape pipelines for future needs, and drive exceptional candidate experiences in a highly competitive semiconductor market.

You will utilize market intelligence and proactive sourcing to identify top talent while influencing hiring decisions and strategic workforce planning

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in-house within tech, semiconductor, engineering, industrial, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proven success in recruiting diverse experienced professionals and (senior) leadership talent.
• Experience supporting multiple geographic regions within complex international organizations.
• Strong direct sourcing and hiring of passive candidates.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive roles across Europe and North America.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Shape talent pipelines and partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs.
• Advise senior leaders with market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth assessments focusing on capability, leadership potential, and fit.
• Collaborate with HR and global TA teams to support growth initiatives.
• Represent ASM in the external market to strengthen employer brand.
