Job summary

ASICS EMEA is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of 8–12 HQ roles. You will partner with Hiring Managers, scope roles, and deliver high-volume and specialist searches with sourcing excellence.

You will build diverse candidate pipelines, apply DEI principles across every step, and ensure a stellar candidate experience while shaping TA processes as the team evolves. Hybrid in-office work is expected with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' in-house recruitment experience, comfortable owning 8-12 HQ roles simultaneously start to finish, intake through to offer, comfortable with niche searches and high volume hiring.
• Confident Hiring Manager partnership skills with ability to lead intake meetings, build recruitment plans grounded in data and market insights.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills with proven experience sourcing candidates and influencing hiring managers with market reality. Curious about AI-assisted tools as TA tech stack evolves.
• Demonstrable application of DEI principles in recruitment practice, able to describe changes that build more diverse pipelines.
• Structured and process-driven, yet warm and people-focused to give every candidate a good experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own the full lifecycle for 8–12 HQ roles across multiple families and seniorities.
• Hiring Manager Partnership & Role Scoping: Partner with hiring managers, run intake meetings, and guide searches with data-driven plans.
• Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal networks with market insights.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Integrate DEI into sourcing and assessment processes.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Process & Continuous Improvement: Standardize the process and help evolve TA tools and ways of working.
