Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is seeking a Global Senior Category Manager for HR Services to drive category strategy across Contingent Workforce, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and more. You will lead negotiations with strategic suppliers, develop multi-year sourcing plans, and coach regional teams to deliver value and cost improvements on a global scale.

You will report to the GCL Corporate and Professional Services and manage budgets, dashboards and supplier performance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or related field (required).
Minimum 5 years in international strategic procurement/sourcing, indirect, or value engineering preferred.
Professional fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement global category, sourcing and supplier management strategies.
Lead global strategic sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
Oversee lifecycle management, category planning and supplier scorecards.
Consult with stakeholders on market dynamics, risks and opportunities.
Manage monthly budget analysis, contract coverage and price tracking.
Drive total cost reductions and strategic supply agreements.
