Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking an Associate Director, People & Performance (HR Business Partner) to partner with Global Procurement & Sustainability leaders and shape the talent agenda for a high‑visibility global function.

You will lead workforce planning, organization design and leadership development, align people strategies with business priorities, and drive transformation, change adoption and employee engagement across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR business partner supporting global functions.
• Strong track record in talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
• Proven ability to drive workforce planning, organization design and change initiatives.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Global Procurement & Sustainability leaders, translating business priorities into a people agenda.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and organization design for growth.
• Own talent agenda including reviews, succession, leadership development and critical role pipelines.
• Coach leaders through performance and employee relations with sound judgment and data-driven insights.
