Kraft Heinz is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technology Procurement to lead sourcing and category strategies for Growth, Innovation & Emerging Technology. You will partner with Marketing, eCommerce, R&D, and Growth teams to drive value and manage a $140M portfolio.

Based in Amsterdam, you will navigate a fast-moving, matrixed environment, delivering cost savings, supplier governance, and contract excellence across technology categories including SaaS, data licensing, and digital services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in Marketing Technology, Digital, eCommerce, or growth-facing categories preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change.
• Knowledge of SaaS contracts, data licensing, and data privacy/security considerations.

Responsabilités

• Support the commercial strategy and procurement delivery for a $140M portfolio.
• Act as procurement partner to Marketing, eCommerce, R&D, and Growth stakeholders.
• Develop category plans and run sourcing initiatives with risk and value focus.
• Lead or support negotiations and contract governance for growth technology suppliers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to balance business needs and supplier performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, category performance, and total cost of ownership at the category level.
• Drive strategic sourcing events (RFPs/RFIs) for Marketing Tech, eCommerce, and Growth Analytics.
• Support emerging technologies and build sourcing strategies that create competitive advantage.
