Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional growth across Southern & Western Europe within the Energy and Process Systems (EPS) business unit. You will own the full sales cycle for advanced automation solutions, including EMS, APC, optimization, and digital offerings, while collaborating with product and marketing teams to tailor go-to-market strategies for energy customers.

You will define pricing, negotiate terms, and drive revenue growth across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of energy systems, electricity markets, and industrial processes.
Proven experience managing a full sales funnel and delivering against revenue targets.
Ability to translate customer challenges into high-value automation and digital solutions.
Willingness to travel internationally and work across multiple countries.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by managing sales of advanced automation solutions across the region.
Own the full sales cycle - from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Define pricing, lead negotiations, and ensure competitive offerings.
