Job summary

Genmab is seeking a six‑month internship in Utrecht to support the Portfolio and Project Management and R&D Operations teams. You’ll handle calendar planning, meeting preparation, travel arrangements and event coordination for colleagues in the Netherlands, Denmark and the US, with guided growth and increasing responsibilities.

The role offers a hybrid, full-time schedule, and requires enrollment in a Dutch degree program. Start date is 1 February 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch degree program (Bachelor or vocational) in Business Administration or related field.
• Formal, mandatory internship component required for graduation.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to NL PPM & R&D Operations.
• Coordinate calendars and meetings across time zones using Outlook.
• Prepare and update presentations and materials for meetings.
• Organize employee recognition activities in the Netherlands.
• Arrange internal and external meetings, rooms, catering and welcome guests.
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense processes.
• Support local team meetings and training with IT and Facilities.
