Job summary

Genmab in the Netherlands is hiring a Senior Associate, Portfolio Management, to support governance and reporting across Research and Development. The role is based in Utrecht with some flexibility to work from home and is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

You will collaborate with colleagues in the US and Denmark, coordinating governance meetings, maintaining logs and charters, and contributing to PPM processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a business support role.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed team.
• Ability to learn new applications quickly and manage details.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize agendas, materials, and meeting minutes for governance meetings.
• Maintain distribution lists and update decision logs.
• Support Development Program reporting activities.
• Coordinate governance meetings and align with stakeholders.
• Maintain governance overviews and update charters.
• Set up input requests and track progress and due dates.
• Organize governance docs in Teams and manage access.
• Contribute to development and implementation of PPM processes.
