Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Senior Associate, Portfolio Management to join the international PPM team in Utrecht, NL. This full-time role supports governance planning and reporting for a fast-paced biotech portfolio.

Reporting to the Portfolio Management team and working with colleagues in the US and Denmark, you will coordinate governance meetings, maintain logs, and support development program reporting during a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. Hybrid work from Utrecht is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a business support role
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment
• Strong organizational and project planning skills
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch helpful

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize governance meeting materials and minutes
• Maintain distribution lists and update logs
• Support Development Program reporting activities
• Coordinate internal governance meetings with stakeholders
• Maintain governance overviews and update charters
• Organize governance docs in Teams and manage access
• Contribute to PPM process development and implementation
