Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. in the Netherlands seeks an experienced QHSE Process Improvement Manager to lead design, optimization and implementation of the Target Operating Model across Europe and North America.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehousing, Project Execution, Procurement, Engineering and Data Analytics to drive change and ensure regulatory and internal standards. The role requires 5+ years in QHSE/process improvement, ISO 9001/45001/14001/50001 expertise, strong BPM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a QHSE related discipline or process improvement; master's preferred.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 50001 and BPM methodologies.
Proven leadership, Stakeholder management and change implementation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead global design and optimization of QHSE capabilities aligned with business goals.
Identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive KPI-based performance across regions.
Define standard work and document workflows for accountability in QHSE teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective interfaces.
Lead change management, training, audits, and corrective actions to improve compliance.
Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across Europe and US.
