Job summary

Neways Electronics International is seeking a visionary QESH Manager to lead Quality, Environment, Safety and Health across our Son, Echt, and Nijmegen sites.

You will direct a team of ~20 professionals, embed ISO 9001/13485 and IATF 16949 programs, and drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing environment. Dutch and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in a comparable technical manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across locations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949.
• ISO 14971 and MDR knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience with certifications, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Health, Safety & Environment knowledge and relevant legislation.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, analytical mindset.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the QESH strategy across multiple sites.
• Lead and develop a ~20 person QESH team.
• Maintain and continuously improve management systems across sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer expectations.
• Drive organization-wide improvement programs.
• Lead internal and external audits and follow-up.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies.
• Own the ESH policy and coordinate safety initiatives.
• Analyze performance and report risks to management.
• Lead strategic projects to professionalize the organization.
