Qualifications

• Bachelor's in QHSE or process improvement, with strong fundamentals.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Knowledge and practical application of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of QHSE capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
• Reduce QHSE issues proactively and address root causes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and prioritize high-impact projects.
• Define and document standard work and process workflows.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Warehousing, Project Execution, Procurement, Engineering, Site Operations, and Data Analytics.
• Secure stakeholder buy-in on process design across the value stream.
• Facilitate change management and support training in EU and US facilities.
• Implement KPIs to monitor process performance and workload.
