Job summary

BauWatch is seeking a Group Pricing Manager to own the group-wide pricing strategy and net price realization targets. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve profitability and scale pricing across 12 countries.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Product, this senior role interfaces with Managing Directors, Sales Management and Product Management. It requires a full-time commitment, travel, and fluency in English plus another European language.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as pricing leader, including development and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Experience with discount policies and governance.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across countries.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute BauWatch’s pricing strategy with clear owners and milestones.
• Own net price realisation targets and track impact of actions.
• Support Sales Management on major contracts to win while meeting financial objectives.
• Set and regularly review pricing for existing and new products and services; implement price adjustments.
• Establish pricing governance with defined responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Improve pricing processes and share approaches across countries; deliver training.
