BauWatch Nederland is a leading provider of tech-driven mobile security solutions, growing rapidly across 12 countries with 15+ years of experience. We translate customer value into a consistent pricing approach for products, services and markets.

As Group Pricing Manager you will own the pricing function, collaborate with country teams, and drive profitability with a scalable strategy and governance. This is a senior, full-time role with international travel and a strong emphasis on execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator and strong negotiator with trust-building abilities.
• At least 3 years as pricing leader, incl. development and implementation of pricing strategies, discount policies and governance.
• Highly analytical and data-driven with commercial acumen to balance pricing discipline and growth.
• Self-motivated, independent, able to lead change across countries and influence without line management.
• Confident to challenge senior stakeholders and enforce pricing rules with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute BauWatch's pricing strategy with a clear roadmap and owners.
• Own net price realisation targets and track impact with country teams.
• Support Sales Management on major contracts, pricing to win while meeting objectives.
• Set and regularly review pricing for products and services; implement price increases.
• Establish and enforce pricing governance with decision rules and escalation paths.
• Improve pricing processes and share successful approaches across countries; train staff.
