Job summary

BauWatch Nederland is seeking a ambitious and hands-on Group Tax & Treasury Manager to professionalize and scale Tax and Treasury across Europe. You translate complex topics into practical business advice for senior management, optimize processes, and lead major system implementations.

You will drive compliance, support acquisitions, and help design scalable financing and tax structures for international expansion, reporting to the Group Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Tax, Fiscal Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in tax, treasury or both.
• Experience in an international organization or tax advisory firm.
• Strong knowledge of European VAT and Corporate Income Tax.
• Experience with Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance.
• Cash flow forecasting experience and corporate treasury processes.
• Affinity with ERP/finance systems and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and professionalize the Group Tax Control Framework and transfer pricing policy.
• Ensure CIT, VAT compliance across the Group and in Dutch fiscal unity.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external advisors and authorities.
• Lead the Group cash flow forecasting and monitor liquidity.
• Manage day-to-day banking relationships and financing partners.
• Support financing strategy, treasury systems implementation and intercompany funding.
• Design, implement and improve tax and treasury processes.
• Drive automation and data quality improvements within Finance.
