Job summary

BauWatch is seeking a Group Pricing Manager to own the group-wide pricing strategy across 12 countries. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve profitability and scale pricing functions across products, services and markets.

You will report to the Head of Strategy & Product and collaborate with country teams, MDs, Sales and Product Management to drive value. We require at least 3 years as pricing leader, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel

As the Group Pricing Manager you own BauWatch’s group-wide pricing strategy and net price realisation targets. The role combines strategic direction with hands‑on execution to improve profitability and build a scalable pricing function across countries. As BauWatch combines people and technology to deliver security and safety solutions across 12 countries the role translates customer value into a consistent pricing approach across products, services and markets.

As the Group Pricing Manager you own BauWatch’s group-wide pricing strategy and net price realisation targets. The role combines strategic direction with hands‑on execution to improve profitability and build a scalable pricing function across countries. As BauWatch combines people and technology to deliver security and safety solutions across 12 countries the role translates customer value into a consistent pricing approach across products, services and markets.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Product, the Group Pricing Manager is the primary pricing contact for Managing Directors, Sales Management and Product Management. This is a senior Group specialist role with no direct reports (initially), delivering results through expertise, clear decision rules and close collaboration with country teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute BauWatch’s pricing strategy. Set the function’s ambition and translate priorities into a roadmap with clear owners, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Own net price realisation targets. Analyse performance, diagnose shortfalls with country teams, agree corrective actions and track their impact.
• Support Sales Management on major contracts, determining the pricing needed to win while meeting commercial and financial objectives.
• Set and regularly review pricing for existing and new products and services. Implement recurring price increases and adjustments to list and recommended prices to maintain or improve profitability.
• Establish and enforce pricing governance aligned with customer value and business objectives. Define responsibilities, decision rules and escalation paths; approve exceptions within delegated authority and elevate others.
• Improve pricing processes, share successful approaches across countries and deliver training for onboarding and ongoing development. Strengthen pricing expertise and ownership throughout the organisation.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for

• Outstanding communicator and strong negotiator who builds trust, brings energy and is fun to work with.
• At least 3 years of experience as pricing leader, including development and implementation of pricing strategies, discount policies and governance.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the commercial acumen to balance pricing discipline, customer relationships and profitable growth.
• Self‑motivated, driven and independent, with the ability to set priorities, lead change across countries and influence without line management authority.
• Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, handle difficult conversations and enforce pricing rules with sound commercial judgement.
• Full‑time commitment, with the drive and flexibility to go above and beyond when needed to deliver results. Minimum 3 days / week in office.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent English and at least one additional European language.
