Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Global Procurement Data & Insights Manager to own the procurement data and analytics agenda across a global organisation. You will define governance frameworks, KPI standards, and self-service reporting capabilities, partnering with IT to harmonise data across ERP and procurement platforms to drive fact-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of data governance, KPI frameworks, and data quality in a global procurement setting.
• Advanced skills in enterprise BI, data modelling, SQL, and SAP data (S/4HANA).
• Experience with predictive analytics and programming in R or Python.
• Ability to translate data strategy into actionable roadmaps and influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the global procurement data governance framework across systems like SAP/S4HANA.
• Define and maintain a global KPI dictionary and ensure consistent usage across regions.
• Build a centralised procurement reporting suite with self-service BI and training.
• Develop predictive analytics use cases and spend forecasting using R or Python.
• Partner with IT to define data architecture, harmonisation rules, and integration needs.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement and data literacy initiatives.
