Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Global Employee Development Manager to shape enterprise-wide learning solutions and enable a scalable, learner-centric program portfolio. You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to define needs and build a robust global learning ecosystem aligned with strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes designing onboarding and capability-building initiatives, embedding development into talent processes, and driving adoption through data-driven insights

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development within a global environment.
• Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in learning need analysis, instructional design, learning technologies, and competency / skills frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful development solutions.
• Excellent project and change management skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving adoption across all levels.
• Data-driven and growth mindset, combining analytical thinking, a passion for learning technology, and a growth-oriented approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the global learning ecosystem by implementing learning technology and competency infrastructure.
• Identify enterprise-wide learning needs and translate priorities into a global portfolio.
• Design and deliver onboarding, capability-building, and development programs that are scalable.
• Drive adoption and learning impact by embedding development into talent, performance, and leadership processes.
• Manage strategic learning partners and vendors with governance and budget control.
• Shape and maintain learning governance, compliance, reporting, and audit-ready data processes.
