Job summary

Dott is seeking a People Analytics & Development Partner to drive our analytics agenda and learning programs from Amsterdam. You will own the People Analytics function, develop leadership dashboards and AI-enabled insights, and design engaging surveys to translate data into action.

You will also shape our L&D strategy and support scalable growth across the business. As a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, you will influence workforce planning, talent development, and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a People Analytics, HR Business Partner, or L&D role across multiple disciplines
• Experience with modern HRIS platforms (Deel, Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar)
• Background in mobility, logistics, or a fast-paced industry
• Scale-up experience: built things from scratch in high-growth environments
• Strong data skills across analytics, visualization and reporting
• Experience designing and running L&D programmes with measurable impact
• Excellent communication across stakeholders and teams

Responsibilities

• Own the People Analytics function and provide proactive guidance and insights
• Build and maintain leadership dashboards and explore AI-driven visualization and predictive reporting
• Design and run engagement and pulse surveys and translate results into actions
• Ensure data quality across HRIS and related tooling and promote analytics best practices
• Stay informed on AI trends and how to apply them to talent acquisition, retention and planning
• Design and support L&D strategy and scalable learning journeys
• Partner with managers to embed a coaching culture and measure learning outcomes
• Act as strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders on people topics
