Qualifications

• Proven expertise in people analytics, workforce reporting, BI, consulting, or strategic HR insights.
• Strong analytical storytelling capabilities with intuitive dashboards and trusted stakeholder advice.
• Ability to connect engagement, journey, and organizational data into clear recommendations.
• Advanced experience with Workday modules including Reporting, Prism, Discovery Boards, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Google BigQuery for data warehousing and analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning tools within BigQuery or similar platforms is highly regarded.
• Growth mindset and drive to improve internal processes and outcomes.
• Ability to understand internal and external partners and act responsibly with impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the people analytics roadmap, workforce reporting standards, and executive dashboards.
• Analyze workforce data to generate insights on organizational health, culture, and talent risks.
• Partner with HR CoEs, HRBPs, and leadership to translate metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics team.
• Establish data governance, quality standards, and monthly insight cadences across a global matrix.
• Define and track KPIs, ensuring adoption of insights and accuracy of standardization tools.
