The role emphasizes partnering across regions, storytelling with data, and coaching leaders to translate insights into action within a complex matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an international corporate environment.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience leading global projects and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align analytics with business priorities.
• Analyze workforce, financial, and feedback data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting in Visier to support self‑service decision‑making.
• Lead standardized reporting and quarterly business reviews.
• Coach leaders and HR teams to interpret data and drive action planning.
• Contribute to employee listening strategy through survey design and sentiment insights.
