Qualifications

• At least 8 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with HR and financial systems, especially Workday.
• Proven success in payroll implementations, ideally global multi-entity.
• Experienced with analyzing and reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll transformation and connect the dots between digital and core finance & HR processes.
• Provide guidance on payroll processes within Hire to Retire scope.
• Collaborate with global teams to align payroll and HR systems across borders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in payroll operations.
