Job summary

Vistra Netherlands is seeking a Senior Payroll / HR Consultant to manage onboarding and end-to-end payroll for high-profile clients. You will advise on HRM, Social Security, Wage Tax, and Dutch employment law, while guiding payroll software transitions and stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes upselling opportunities, coaching junior team members, and delivering quality payroll services from our Amsterdam office with flexible, hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar payroll/HR advisory role.
• Experience in accounting/CSR or corporate service providers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Wage Tax, Social Security, Dutch employment law, and pension rules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new clients and manage end-to-end payroll processing.
• Provide expert advisory on HRM, Social Security, Wage Tax and related areas.
• Advise on occupational health and safety and payroll software transitions.
• Upsell products/services to clients and contribute to product development.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and Dutch authorities.
