Job summary

Invesis in Utrecht, the Netherlands, seeks a Senior Payroll & HR Specialist to join our Central HR Team. You will coordinate monthly payroll across multiple countries, ensure accuracy and compliance, and deliver HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' international HR/Payroll experience.
• Strong payroll knowledge with compliance understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills and data accuracy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage monthly payroll across multiple countries.
• Liaise with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain compliant payroll data and internal controls.
• Support managers and employees with HR questions and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardise payroll and HR processes.
