Job summary
Jumbo is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive growth across global markets by turning distributor relationships into strategic partnerships. You will lead cross-functional commercial initiatives, expand distribution, and identify new channels while traveling internationally to represent us at trade shows and key events.
You’ll report to the International Sales Director and work with Brand, Product and Operations, translating insights into actionable strategies and plans for
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in international sales / business development / account management.
- Proven track record in closing and developing international partnerships.
- Experience with distributors and/or retail channels.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in consumer goods / retail (toy & games is a big plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop joint business plans with key distributors.
- Expand distribution, increase sell-through, and grow market share.
- Identify new channels, categories, and retail opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with distributors and retail partners.
- Manage agents and align them with strategic goals.
- Monitor performance and translate data into decisions.
