Vacatures Zaandam seeks an International Sales Manager to drive global growth by transforming distributor partnerships into strategic collaborations. You will build markets, not just close deals, and you will represent us at international events while developing new opportunities across markets.

You’ll accelerate growth by strengthening distributor partnerships, expanding channels, and translating market insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in international sales / business development / account management.
Proven track record in closing and developing international partnerships.
Experience with distributors and/or retail channels.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in consumer goods / retail (toy & games is a big plus).
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop joint business plans with key distributors.
Expand distribution, increase sell-through, and grow market share.
Identify new channels, categories, and retail opportunities.
Lead negotiations with distributors and retail partners.
Manage agents and align them with strategic goals.
Monitor performance and translate data into decisions.
