Job summary

A recruitment specialist in Limburg is seeking a Customer Support / Order to Cash Specialist. You will manage the B2B Order-to-Cash process and serve as the main contact for customers, mainly in Europe and the Middle East. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish, holds a relevant Bachelor's degree, and is skilled in MS Office and SAP. This hybrid position requires in-office presence at least twice a week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support by handling queries such as product and service information.
• Manage the full Order-to-Cash and reverse logistics process, including order entry and invoicing.
• Support Field Service administration by processing service notifications.
• Monitor daily reports on open orders and billing to minimize financial risks.
