Job summary

Michael Page (Netherlands) is assisting a multinational client in Amsterdam to hire a Customer Care Officer with solid Order-to-Cash experience. You will own the end-to-end OTC process, manage a customer portfolio, and coordinate with warehouses, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Fluent English and 2+ years OTC experience are required; hybrid work with 1-2 days from home.

Qualifications

2+ years in Order-to-Cash or related customer operations.
Fluent English communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience with SAP.
Experience in international B2B environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash process from order entry to invoicing.
Own a customer portfolio and build strong relationships.
Process and manage customer orders in SAP.
Monitor open orders, shipments and deliveries for service levels.
Coordinate with warehouses, carriers and logistics providers for on-time delivery.
Be the main contact for customers regarding orders and billing questions.
Work with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams.
Manage customer master data, pricing information and contract administration.
Handle returns, credit/debit notes and billing corrections.
Support invoicing activities and assist with payment and collection matters.
Investigate customer complaints and drive resolutions.
Identify process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
Prepare reports and provide order-related analyses.
