Job summary

Delta Energy Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Support specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers regarding orders and logistics.

You will receive orders by email or phone, register and process them in SAP, and maintain clear records of communications and follow-ups.

This role supports sales and operations in an international setting, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MBO qualification or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in Sales Support/Customer Service/Order Management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including order registration and processing.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on orders and logistics-related inquiries.
• Receive customer orders via email, phone, or other channels.
• Register, validate and process customer orders accurately in SAP.
• Maintain clear records of communications and follow-up actions.
• Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders during order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and records within the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Support continuous improvement of sales support and order management processes.
