Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a proactive Sales Support / Order Management Specialist in Amsterdam to act as the hub between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance. You will manage orders end-to-end, track delivery status, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in B2B environments and fluency in Dutch and English, with exposure to CRM/ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar B2B coordination role.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Fluency in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle from order placement to delivery.
• Monitor and track customer orders, resolving issues quickly.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance.
• Support releases of orders on financial hold and provide status updates.
• Produce reports on order status, stock, and delivery risks.
• Identify and resolve potential delays or customer issues.
