Job summary

Wagenborg is looking for a Crew Manager Offshore to plan, coordinate and support offshore personnel for a dedicated group of clients and projects, ensuring crew changes are carried out safely and in compliance with international regulations. In an international environment, you will coordinate crew schedules, client requests and offshore operations worldwide.

Daily contact with offshore personnel, clients and partners means English is the primary working language, and occasional vessel visits

Qualifications

Experience in an operational planning role, preferably in offshore/maritime environments.
Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with ability to find solutions in a dynamic setting.
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Preparing short- and long-term crew planning.
Coordinating crew changes for offshore projects and vessels.
Arranging travel, flights, accommodation and local transport.
Verifying certificates, medicals, visas and other required documents.
Supporting offshore personnel with operational and personnel matters.
Maintaining close contact with clients, offshore personnel and international partners.
Visiting vessels or offshore projects when required.
Participating in on-call rotations outside office hours.
