Job summary

Wagenborg is looking for a Crew Manager Offshore to plan, coordinate and support offshore personnel for a dedicated group of clients and projects, ensuring crew changes are carried out safely and in compliance with international regulations. In an international environment, you will coordinate crew schedules, client requests and offshore operations worldwide.

Daily contact with offshore personnel, clients and partners means English is the primary working language, and occasional vessel visits

Qualifications

Can you keep offshore operations running by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time? Wagenborg is looking for a Crew Manager Offshore. In this dynamic role, you play a key part in ensuring the continuity of offshore operations by planning, coordinating and supporting offshore personnel for a dedicated group of clients and projects. Acting as the link between offshore professionals, clients and colleagues, you ensure crew changes are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with international regulations.

You will work in an international environment, coordinating crew schedules, client requests and offshore operations worldwide. As you will be in daily contact with offshore personnel, clients and business partners from around the world, English is the primary working language.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating crew changes for offshore projects and vessels.
• Arranging travel, flights, accommodation and local transportation.
• Verifying certificates, medical examinations, visas and other required documentation.
• Supporting offshore personnel with operational and personnel-related matters.
• Maintaining close contact with clients, offshore personnel and international partners.
• Visiting vessels or offshore projects when required.
• Participating in a shared on-call rotation outside office hours.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in business, logistics, maritime studies or a related field.
• Experience in an operational planning role, preferably within the offshore, maritime or another international environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, combined with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and practical mindset, with the ability to find solutions and keep a clear overview in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients and offshore personnel.
• An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• A valid Category B driving licence.
