Job summary

Curtiss-Wright EST Group is seeking a Nuclear Sales Account Manager in the Netherlands to drive new business and expand ROI on key nuclear accounts. You will lead multi-level sales efforts, build credibility with clients, and work with a team of sales professionals on opportunities ranging from small developments to multi-million-dollar production awards.

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands (Remote). Travel on average 50% of the time and multi-week international travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• 10 years of business development success, including dealing with global accounts within power generation.
• Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
• Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Meet or exceed targets in the assigned geographic area or accounts.
• Provide sales support to Bid and Proposals team and liaise with end-user customers.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
• Deliver sales presentations and negotiate closures with key clients.
• Maintain relationships with customers and keep them updated on product development.
