Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Amsterdam leads a global networking program. We are seeking a team lead to design, deploy, and optimize our networking infrastructure across offices and clouds.

You will mentor engineers, align technical goals with product strategy, and drive operation excellence, automation, and security. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong networking expertise, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global network infrastructures.
• Experience managing IT teams and products.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols EVPN, IS-IS, MPLS, and firewalling.
• Strong understanding of Linux networking stack.
• Proven coaching, leadership, and mentoring of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, vendors and teams to deploy networking infrastructure at scale.
• Design, implement, and optimize the company networking infrastructure.
• Set clear individual and team goals aligned with engineering strategy and product management.
• Own the operation and continuous improvement of the networking team.
• Deploy, scale, and automate a global network infrastructure.
• Drive the technical direction of the team.
• Maintain sources of truth, performance metrics, and lifecycle management of network appliances.
