Job summary

Vanderlande Industries GmbH is hiring a Senior IT Network Specialist to lead the agile network team and co‑own the product roadmap. You’ll shape secure, scalable network solutions for 50+ global offices from the Netherlands HQ, collaborating with POs, architects, and engineers.

You’ll drive design reviews, automation, and IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Python while ensuring security standards. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT networking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Experience in global enterprise environments and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead within the agile team and co‑own the network product roadmap.
• Contribute to design and delivery of network epics and features in the ART.
• Review and refine high- and low-level network architectures with a security focus.
• Drive automation and CI/CD using IaC with Terraform, AWX Ansible, Python.
• Collaborate with ICT and business stakeholders and support knowledge sharing.
