Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience directly managing technical support teams.
• Innovative, able to handle ambiguity, strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to serve as escalation point for technical support requests.
• Able to make quick informed decisions and prioritize requests.
• Strong communication skills with empathetic interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer facing team that is a key source of knowledge on the platform and APIs.
• Collaborate across an international leadership team by scheduling and standardizing best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members to resolve technical challenges and grow careers.
• Help define and communicate objectives and key results for the Support team.
• Institute accountability, track progress and present results to Senior Leadership.
