Job summary

Blue Lynx in The Hague is seeking an HR Advisor to join a multicultural team. You will coordinate immigration procedures, prepare work permit documentation for international secondments and local hires, and act as a single point of contact for assignees.

The role requires fluent English, experience in global mobility and international assignments, and strong vendor management. Familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience organizing immigration for expat employees and families.
• Knowledge of immigration procedures and related administrative support.
• Experience in Global Mobility and international assignment management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate immigration procedures and prepare work permit documentation for international secondment assignments, as well as local hires.
• Support the placement process for internally identified talent, coordinating with external companies and ensuring compliant immigration solutions.
• Liaise with Government Authorities and Immigration vendors to ensure compliant visa and immigration requirements are met for start and end of assignments.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and tax teams to assist in resolving immigration and compliance matters.
• Ensure mobility-related activities comply with external regulations and internal policies.
• Handle all administrative tasks to provide documentation and requirements for immigration and social security.
• Act as single point of contact for assignees and project teams for mobilising company projects.
