Job summary

EY Eindhoven is recruiting for a Consultant Mobility Talent Operate to support global mobility HR for international clients, coordinating assignment lifecycles, liaising with assignees, and handling documentation.

You will work with a cross-functional team in the PAS Mobility Department, connect with clients and mobility employees, coordinate payroll, and collaborate with relocation vendors to ensure a smooth mobility experience.

Qualifications

• Academic background with international HR experience.
• Experience in high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of numbers and payroll calculations.
• Excellent English language skills, and preferably Dutch.
• Growth-oriented and ambitious mindset with impact.
• Familiarity with project and program management methods.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide global mobility HR support to clients, including assignment documentation and relocation case management.
• Connect with clients’ international employees.
• Coordinate full assignment lifecycle and assignee briefings.
• Coordinate third-party vendors such as relocation companies and housing agencies.
• Create and review assignment-related documentation.
• Manage monthly payroll cycles with proactive planning and issue awareness.
