Job summary

Applied Medical in Amersfoort, NL is seeking an Associate Market Implementation Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional marketing and product support initiatives across international markets. You will coordinate assets, platforms, and documentation, analyze data, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work with regional stakeholders, manage communications, and ensure brand alignment, quality systems compliance, and efficient daily operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in coordination, operations or project support.
• Experience in international multidisciplinary environments.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in evolving business needs.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily market implementation operations including asset management.
• Maintain communication platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Coordinate administrative documentation across regional teams.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decisions.
• Understand brand identity, products, programs, and competitors.
• Develop understanding of key surgical procedures and clinical applications.
• Assist with process improvements and new procedures/workflows.
• Contribute to project activities and meet deadlines.
• Manage internal and external communications aligned with brand messages.
• Ensure compliance with QS, EMS, and quality standards.
