Job summary
Applied Medical in Amersfoort (NL) is seeking a Team Leader Tender & Contracts to coach and develop our Tender & Contracts coordinators supporting sales of medical devices across Northern Europe and Scandinavia. - Two years in a leadership position.
- Three years in a deadline-driven role (sales support, procurement, or project management).
- Professional experience in an international environment.

- Develop and empower the Tender & Contracts team with mentorship and succession planning.
- Ensure correct administration of hospital sales agreements across multiple countries.
- Coordinate escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advise sales leadership on contract requirements and compliance.
