Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in the Netherlands (Breda) is seeking a Regional Operations Associate to manage pharmaceutical products across their lifecycle within the EMEA region. You will coordinate across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Commercial to translate regional requirements into operational execution.

You will work with multiple stakeholders, handle data and processes, and progressively take ownership of lifecycle activities with increasing independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field as stated.
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical operations or supply chain experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in international, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management or change management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions.
• Tech-savvy with systems and digital tools.
• APICS CPIM or similar supply chain certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of products throughout their full lifecycle, from launch through changes and end-of-life.
• Coordinate and maintain the regional variation plan, working with Regulatory and other key stakeholders.
• Support new product launches and ensure regional requirements are ready for implementation.
• Assess labelling requirements and maintain the relevant documentation and systems.
• Coordinate specialised shipping activities for assigned products.
• Ensure accurate and complete handovers to manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate product and SKU discontinuations.
• Facilitate activities between Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Commercial/Marketing teams.
• Support master data and serialization activities.
• Coordinate registration samples and product demonstration requests.
• Lead smaller improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to simplify or standardise processes.
• Collect and analyse data to support customer and business requests.

About the Company

Our client is a global biotechnology company with a strong presence in the Netherlands and a major operations site in Breda. The site plays an important role in the supply chain of medicines, supporting the labelling, assembly, storage and distribution of products to markets worldwide. About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Operations Associate to support the management of pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle across the EMEA region. You will work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Commercial and Operations, helping to coordinate product launches, lifecycle changes, variations and end-of-life activities. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, managing processes and data, and making sure regional requirements are translated correctly into operational execution. As you gain experience, you will take increasing ownership of product lifecycle activities independently.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations, supply chain or a closely related environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes is highly relevant.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, change management or multidisciplinary projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating activities across different functions.
• Action-oriented, organised and customer-focused.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to work confidently with systems, data and digital tools.
• APICS, CPIM, CIRM or similar supply chain certification is a plus
