Applied Medical, a fast-growing medical device company, seeks an Associate Community Relations Manager to develop and deliver programs that engage employees and communities across Europe from our Amersfoort HQ. You will coordinate initiatives, manage events, partnerships, and the charitable donation program, collaborating with internal teams and external organizations to strengthen culture and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community relations initiatives and events, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Manage projects with stakeholders, providing progress updates and financial oversight.
• Lead the end-to-end charitable donation program, including evaluations and reporting.
• Analyze participation data to improve programs and measure impact.
• Develop communication content and campaigns for employee engagement and volunteering.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams, nonprofits, and external partners.
