Job summary

Everet Marsh is seeking an M&A Associate in Amsterdam to execute buy-side and sell-side transactions, build comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses, and prepare client presentations and transaction materials. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years of M&A investment banking experience, strong modelling and valuation skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.
