Marktlink seeks an M&A Associate to work with several deal teams guiding entrepreneurs in buying or selling companies. You will be financially and analytically strong, but above all commercially and socially skilled, participating from day one in the entire deal process.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical abilities.
• Commercial and social acumen with client interaction.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Punctual, goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• University degree in finance or related field plus finance-oriented masters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and market analyses for deals.
• Prepare valuations and bid books for sales and acquisitions.
• Identify potential buyers and sellers and approach new opportunities.
• Support deal managers throughout projects and client meetings.
