Job summary

CSafe AMS facility is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Global Logistics team. The role reports to the Passive Logistics Manager and will coordinate domestic and international shipments, including air, ground, and ocean transport.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field or QBE.
5+ years global logistics/supply chain experience.
Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems and inventory management tools.
Superior analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service experience. Must respond to varied customer requirements and demands.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Self-starter who will drive results with minimal supervision.
Ability to organize data and responsibilities with prioritization by level of importance.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Power BI analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage relationships with 3PLs.
Plan and execute domestic and international shipments (air, ground, ocean).
Follow up with 3PLs on documentation and information.
Identify and resolve shipment delays and inventory imbalances; escalate as needed.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and quality standards.
Support negotiation and evaluation of transportation rates and service agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet business needs.
Identify continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs.
Perform additional duties to support global logistics operations.
