Job summary

Too Good To Go’s Parcels team seeks a Logistics Manager to own 3PL governance, vendor management, and performance across a multinational logistics network. You will lead a team of Logistics Specialists and Coordinators, partner with finance, planning and operations, and report weekly to senior leadership.

You’ll drive cost efficiency, service quality, and customer experience while shaping the logistics roadmap in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proven 3PL vendor management experience, including driving performance and SLAs.
• Experience directly leading a logistics team.
• Excellent communication with external vendors and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Fluent in English with professional working proficiency in Dutch or German.

Responsibilities

• Operational 3PL Governance & Account Management: Own 3PL & carrier performance, drive SLA adherence, and cost efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Execution: Lead and develop the logistics team and deliver performance reporting.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Projects & Strategic Influence: Influence logistics strategy and lead cross-functional improvements.
